Recently I hired Carolyn to sell my home, I am in assisted living home, she took charge and gave me all of the pertinent information. She listed the price and was very direct in explaining why that price was the best for this market. The home sold in two days. After getting info for closing she explained what we had to do, everything happened in a very orderly way. Needless to say she took charge and my neighbor and family helped prepare the house for moving out. The most impressive was her ability to communicate directly with me and family!!! She obviously is a true professional, and with my family, I never was on sight during sale, but was comfortable in how she processed all items for closing! Good Realtor for any sale!!!
