I’m Carly Harrison! I started in the real estate industry in 2008 as a receptionist at a title company and worked my way up in the company. I became a licensed Escrow Officer in 2014 and have closed hundreds of Robson Ranch transactions during that time. I became a REALTOR in April 2022 and joined Carolyn Thomas at Attorney Broker Services in July 2022. I am also a notary public.
I have unique understanding in what it takes to close a transaction, both from the real estate and potential legal issues. I strive to educate my clients around both common and uncommon pitfalls before, during, and after a contract. I feel that my experience sets me apart from many agents and allows my clients to have peace of mind while we work together.
I’ve known Carolyn for over ten years, as I was her go-to Title Gal during my time in the title industry. I am excited to work together with her on the real estate side to continue giving Buyers and Sellers exceptional service, current technology, and communication.
