Occasionally in life, you just get lucky! My wife and I were in the process of making the decision to down size from our home in Dallas and explore the possibility of moving to an active adult community. On a whim, we went out to Robson Ranch and toured the model homes and drove through the neighborhoods. One home caught our eye and Carolyn Thomas was the listing agent. We called her. That home had just gone under contract but we agreed to meet Carolyn the next day for the purpose of showing us some listings and getting a feel for what we were looking for. Over the phone, we gave her an idea of what would appeal to us.

I will now give you the short version of what happened next. My wife and I don’t consider ourselves impulsive buyers but before we left Robson Ranch that next day we had put a house under contract. We moved into house this weekend.

Throughout the entire process from contract to closing, to post closing to seller move out, Carolyn was wonderful. We had the typical buyer/seller experience that included “hiccups” along the way. Carolyn handled each one of those “bumps” professionally and with a wonderful upbeat attitude. We hope that this is our last move but should that prove not to be the case, Carolyn would be the agent that we would call to sell our house.

As my selling agent Carolyn went way above and beyond anything I have ever experienced in the past sales of homes. She is excellent with communications about feedback from showings and staying in touch. Couldn’t Imagine what else a person could want from a realtor that she doesn’t provide without even asking… I would highly recommend whether you are buying or selling.
